How do I register?

To register, click on the Register button to the right hand side of the main navigation. You will then be directed to the registration pages where you select your usertype (producer or consumer). Once you have filled out all of the required fields marked with a *, press the register button and you will be notified if you were successful

How do I log in?

To log in, click on the Log In button to the right hand side of the main navigation. You will then need to enter the correct username and password combination that you registered with.

How do I log out?

When you are logged in to the site, click Log Out to the right hand side of the main navigation. You will then be directed to the log out successful page that confirms that you have logged out.

How can I view my profile?

When you are logged in to the site you can access your profile page by clicking on My Profile to the right hand side of the main navigation. Once clicked you will be taken to the preview page of your profile.

How can I edit my profile?

Go to My Profile and click on the sub-navigation link Edit Profile, you can then change your profile picture and update your about section. In the My Account section you can change your email address, password and location. If you update your password then that is the password you will have to use to log in and if you change your email address - notifications such as retrieving your log in details will now be sent to that address.

How can I retrieve my password?

If you have forgotten you password, go to the Log In page and click on the Forgot Details? link. You will then need to enter your email address that you set on registration or when editing your account. You will then receive an email to the entered address with your log in details.

How do I upload content?

When logged in to the site, go to My Profile and click on the sub-navigation item labelled Upload Content. You can then select the content type that you wish to upload and fill out the corresponding form.

Why can't I see the maps?

To be able to see the maps you must ensure that you have JavaScript enabled.

Where is the content that I uploaded?

When you upload content, it is first send to the moderator so that they can check the content and make sure that it meets I Grow Local standards. This process may take some time depending on various factors. If the content that you upload is inappropriate then it will not be publish and will be deleted from our site without notification.

How can I contact you?

There is a link in the footer of every page that will take you to the contact form. Alternatively you can go to the Help pages and select Contact Us. Otherwise if you want to contact us now you can just click here and go there now.
